As you begin to grow, we work together to carefully prune away what is no longer serving you—the negative mental patterns and harsh inner voices. We then add the practical tools and support you need to keep flourishing. This is a compassionate, step-by-step process that gives your mind the time and grace it needs to grow into a strong, resilient, and healthy tree.

The 5-Day Intensive Program

Because we are meeting daily and incorporating breathwork, something beautiful happens. Your mind doesn't have the time to overthink, analyze, or try to "make sense" of everything between sessions. This daily momentum allows us to gently bypass those repetitive mental loops and help you connect more and more deeply with your body.
This intensive is a highly unique and personal experience, and it is especially powerful whether you feel too little or too much. If you have felt completely numb for many years, it is a deeply restorative space to safely begin to feel again. Alternatively, if you find yourself entirely overwhelmed and flooded by your emotions, this program provides the grounding you need to find genuine relief.
Healing is not about forcing yourself to be happy all the time; it is about finding true balance. We work together to help you reach a regulated place where you can comfortably feel, "I am okay exactly where I am at this moment."
